Orders

Order times vary depending on the design of the item. Our simpler designs (including our 'dot' designs) should be dispatched within 2-3 weeks. Our larger, highly detailed pieces will be dispatched within 3-4 weeks  – we will email you once your order has been placed to confirm your delivery time. 

If you would like an item for a special occasion or a particular date, please let us know prior to ordering at hello@siataylor.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Pack­ag­ing

Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external envelope. Each piece of jewellery is individually wrapped and packaged in a branded Sia Taylor box. An invoice will accompany each order unless it is requested as a gift during the checkout process; please add your gift message in the notes section and we will make sure to include this in your order.

Ship­ping

Please note – as our jewellery is handmade we begin making each piece once the order is placed. Therefore, the shipping time is from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed. We will email you to confirm when your order is complete and ready for dispatch.

Within the UK
Shipping is free of charge within the UK. Orders will be dispatched fully insured by Royal Mail next day special delivery and will arrive by 1pm. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the parcel on delivery.

USA, Canada and Australia
Orders will be dispatched using a fully insured priority courier service and can take 2-7 days for delivery. There is a charge of £45 for each parcel. Please note that our shipping charge only includes delivery – therefore, non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes on the arrival at destination. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. EU Orders will be dispatched using a fully insured priority courier service and can take 2-5 days for delivery. There is a charge of £25 for each parcel. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Rest of The World
Please enquire if your country is not listed in the delivery options. Charges vary depending on destination. Please note that these charges only include delivery — therefore, non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes on arrival at destination. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched. 

Please note that we cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in Russia.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied and would like to return the item for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. We will refund you the full amount of the item(s) on your order within 30 days of receipt of the jewellery. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition, complete with all packaging. Please note: bespoke, made to order and altered pieces made in non standard sizes and metals are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please contact us at hello@siataylor.com to return an item, making sure to quote your order number in the email title. We are unable to accept responsibility for return shipping costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable. The original cardholder will be credited once we receive the items; depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up in your bank account. We recommend using a fully insured trackable delivery as Sia Taylor Ltd will not be held responsible for the item until it is signed for at Sia Taylor Ltd.

Exchange
If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative style, please return it for a refund and purchase the new piece separately. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us at hello@siataylor.com within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please note that bespoke pieces, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request cannot be exchanged or returned. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged or returned if unworn.

Can­celling your order

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us at hello@siataylor.com or +44 1749 899034. Please be aware, that once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. Once you have received your order, you have 14 days in which to contact us and cancel your order, then a further 14 days to return the item to us. Please note that bespoke pieces, made to order items or jewellery altered to a customer request cannot be exchanged or returned. The above does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

If you receive an order that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@siataylor.com. Where possible, we will endeavour to repair faulty items or replace them. In the rare case that this is not possible, we will refund you in full for your order.

Colours and the tiny details

Each piece of Sia Taylor jewellery is meticulously crafted by hand and as such dots, petals, beads and wings may all vary in size and shape. It is all part of the poetic beauty of the jewellery. The various colours and tones of gold used throughout the jewellery, may appear slightly different, depending on how the light catches them. Every effort has been made to show a true likeness and accuracy of colour of the products that appear on siataylor.com.

Siz­ing

Please make sure you know the correct ring size when placing your order. If you do not know your size, the most accurate way to find out is to visit a reputable local jeweller and ask them to measure the finger you wish to wear the ring on. Some styles of rings cannot be resized (this will be clearly stated in the product details), however rings that can be resized will be charged at £50 plus any shipping fees. If you require a size that is not listed, then please contact us. Finger sizes above a Q will need to be quoted on before you purchase. Necklaces are designed and made to our standard lengths, but if you require a specific length, please contact us at hello@siataylor.com and we will do our best to meet your needs. This may incur additional costs that will be quoted to you before purchase.

Prices

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at these prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. All prices are stated in British Pounds Sterling £GBP. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, currency exchange rates and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card. Sia Taylor reserves the right to review her prices at any time.

At Sia Taylor, we are committed to sourcing our materials in an ethical and sustainable manner. All of our gold is supplied by reputable companies in Europe and the United States and 90% of the gold we use is recycled.

Online Secu­ri­ty

We do not store financial information like credit or debit card numbers on this site. All transactions are handled by an independent secure online payment service provider. We accept payment online by credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) via the secure payment provider, Stripe. Payment can also be made using Paypal.
