DELIVERY DATES FOR DESIGNS READY TO SHIP:

UK orders: Orders required for Christmas delivery should be placed by on Friday, December 20th by 12pm noon.

The rest of the world: Orders required for Christmas delivery should be placed by Tuesday, December 10th.

Orders placed after these dates may not be shipped until the New Year.

DELIVERY DATES FOR DESIGNS MADE TO ORDER:

Our Made To Order deadline has now passed, but if there is a design you have your heart set on, please do call us on 01749 899 034 as we may be able to make it in time for Christmas!

We have a selection of gift vouchers available year-round, which include a PDF for immediate download. Physical gift vouchers ship worldwide with Royal Mail and are dispatched within 2 working days. Vouchers sent to addresses outside of the UK may take up to two weeks to arrive.

Ready to ship pieces are available for dispatch within 2 working days.

Made to order items will be dispatched within 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity of design.

If you would like an item for a special occasion or a particular date, please let us know prior to ordering at hello@siataylor.com and we will do our best to meet your needs.

Each piece of jewellery is individually wrapped and packaged in a branded Sia Taylor box.

For discreet shipping your package will be posted in an unbranded external envelope.

If you are ordering as a ‘gift’ during the checkout process, please add your gift message in the notes section and we will make sure to include this in your order.

Please note – All shipping times stated are from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.

Within the UK

Orders will be dispatched fully insured by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery and will arrive by 1pm - please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel on delivery.

Shipping is free of charge within the UK, except for sales items where shipping will cost £10.

A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Europe

Orders will be dispatched to the EU using a fully insured priority courier service and can take 2-5 days for delivery.

Shipping cost £40 (EU Zone 1), £45 (EU Zone 2 ).

A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

USA, Canada and Australia

USA, Canada and Australia orders will be dispatched using a fully insured priority courier service and can take 2-7 days for delivery.

Shipping cost £45.

Shipping charges vary depending on destination.

Please note that we cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in Russia.

Non UK orders will have the UK VAT removed at checkout. Please note that our shipping charge only includes delivery; therefore, non UK customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes on the arrival at destination.
